  LEARN ABOUT BONT GIN

  First off you’ll have the chance to learn all about the history of gin and the story of Bont Gin itself. You’ll also learn about our in-house operations, find out what it takes to produce a craft distilled gin and gain an insight into the world of a boutique craft distillery.

  CHOOSE YOUR BOTANICALS

  Once you’ve learned all about what it takes to produce a craft gin, you’ll be able to start your own ‘gin journey’. Whether you’d prefer a floral, citrus, herbal or spicy gin, under the guide of our master distiller, you’ll carefully select your botanicals and weigh your quantities.

  DISTILL YOUR OWN BONT GIN

  You’ll distill your gin in one of our mini pot stills, made from copper for a smoother flavour. Again under the guidance of our master distiller, once your still it’s at the right temperature you’ll need to fill it with your chosen botanicals and let the distillation process begin. Soon after your creation has been distilled, you’ll get the opportunity to check out the strength of your gin, gaining approval from our distiller. You will then bottle and seal your 50cl bottle before adding a personalised label ready to take home, or you can password protect your gin and leave it behind our bar for your next visit!

  If there’s one thing we know for sure, it’s that going back to school is thirsty work. So throughout the afternoon you’ll sample a selection of Bont Gin cocktails and even have the chance to get behind the bar to craft your own.
